ADLER electric winches DAVIT winch design

The electric winches with stand-by manual drive and brake release device of special design have been approved as electric DAVIT winches for inland waterway transportation by the trade association. 

DAVIT winches are supplied as standard with protection class IP 55 for an operating voltage of 400 V 50 Hz, 3-phase and a control voltage of 230 V 50 Hz. Other operating and control voltages are available upon request. Further technical details such as maximum cable take-up, crank pressure at nominal load and winch dimensions are stated in a special offer. Electric DAVIT winches are approved for fitting to inland waterway tankers of the types I to V but only outside the cargo area.
