Cable pulleys with no pulley block, plain bearings

Maintenance-free design for manual and power operation.
Cable pulleys – diameter relative to cable centre line. Dimensions correspond to: on manual operation of the driving mechanism IBm in accordance with DIN 15020, sheet l. On power operation depending on the local conditions of the drive mechanism 1Am-2m in accordance with DIN 15020, sheet 1.
Cable groove:  turned grooved profile .
Bearings:  WZ 10 – WZ 14 by means of self-lubricating bearings with grease chamber, WZ 15 and WZ 16 by means of bronze bearings with lubrication pockets. 
Material:  grey cast iron GG 20

Maintenance-free design for power operation, turned cable grooved profile. Pulley bearings type WZ..K with 2 grooved ball bearings* and seals. Pulley material GG 20 (*normal tolerance in compliance with DIN 620)

Pulleys with pulley block and plain bearings

Maintenance-free design for manual and power operation.
Cable pulley: design in line with WZ 10 – WZ 16
Pulley block: designed to prevent the cable becoming jammed or jumping off in the event of cable slack. Cable guided between pulley and block.
Cable payout: vertical downwards movement possible, also on standing arrangement of the pulley block.
Material: WZ 20-WZ 24, grey cast iron GG 20, WZ 25 and WZ 26 pulley = grey cast iron GG 20, pulley = steel.
Special designs: pulley: grey cast iron GG 20, pulley block: welded steel, cable pulley with hoop guard.

Cable pulley design in accordance with WZ 11 K-WZ 16 K. Pulley block of GG 20 grey cast iron or steel, optional steel zinc-plated.

Cable pulleys with end limit switch, pulley block and plain bearings

- Upwards shut-off switch complete with limit switch IP 65 and adjustable stop fitted to cable pulley with pulley block -

The cable pulleys with block WZ 21 – WZ 26 or WZ 100 a sizes 1 – 4 can be equipped with an upwards shut-off switch when, for example, it is not possible to fit a stroke limit or the required cable distance cannot be achieved. Pulleys for fitting to the floor, wall and ceiling are available. A combination of cable slack and upwards shut-off switch on a pulley is possible.

Cable pulleys with slack switch, pulley block and plain bearings

The cable pulley with block WZ 21 – WZ 26 can be equipped with a cable slack switch when, for example, it is not possible to fit it to the winch itself. Units for fixing to the floor, walls and ceilings are available.
