Practical in-company training

In the practical part of the training our trainees become acquainted in depth with all departments in the company and the tasks in purchasing, logistics, the standard part warehouse and work planning. They get to know all the work processes in the Sales Departments of our product divisions Pumps, Winches, Steel hydraulic construction and Castings and machining.

Theoretical vocational school training

The industrial management assistant course takes place in parallel in the company and the vocational school. The specialist knowledge required is taught in the Vocational Training Centre Dithmarschen in Heide. Two days a week are scheduled for attendance at the vocational school in the first year of training, which is then reduced to one day a week in the second and third years of training. As a rule the training course lasts 3 years. This can be shortened for trainees who achieve good results. There is an interim examination in the second year of the training. The final examination is held at the Flensburg Chamber of Industry and Commerce in the third year of the training.
